Community Development District Meetings
The Board of Supervisors of the Bridgewater Community Development District (the “District”) will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bridgewater Amenities Center, 2525 Village Lakes Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida 33805 on the fourth Wedensday of the following months (*exceptions noted):
November 1, 2024 (11:30 a.m. First Friday)
December 11, 2024 (*Second Wednesday)
February 26, 2025
April 23, 2025
June 25, 2025
August 27, 2025 (*6:00 p.m.)
Additionally, the Board will hold workshops in conjunction with meetings of the Villages of Bridgewater Community Association, Inc., at 6:00 p.m. at 2525 Village Lakes Blvd Lakeland, FL 33805, on the following dates:

November 14, 2024
December 12, 2024
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
